RFID Smart Medical

The "Probe Antenna" specially developed for hospitals and laboratory equipment can accurately detect the position of each test tube and avoid the mistakes that may be caused by the traditional manual transcription of the position of the test tube. The RFID antenna is integrated with the robotic arm of the comprehensive cancer screening device to accurately identify the test tube captured by the robot arm. Application case: Abnova Corporation, Allinnovar Biotech Limited.

A specially developed “probe-type antenna” for hospitals and laboratory equipment can accurately detect the position of each test tube, eliminating errors that may occur when manually recording tube positions. When integrated with the robotic arm of comprehensive cancer screening equipment, the RFID antenna ensures precise identification of whether the robotic arm has picked up the correct test tube.

Successful cases: A well-known domestic biotechnology company; a leading biotechnology company in Mainland China.

Enhanced patient safety:
RFID wristbands can automatically identify patient identities, ensuring that medications, transfusions, surgeries, and treatments are correctly matched to the right patient. This significantly reduces medical errors caused by human mistakes and strengthens patient safety.

Optimized asset and equipment management:
Hospitals and clinics have large volumes of valuable equipment and assets. By tagging them with RFID, administrators can track their location and usage in real time. This not only prevents equipment loss but also simplifies inventory processes, ensuring devices can be quickly located and used when needed.

Accurate tracking of medical supplies and pharmaceuticals:
From medications and medical consumables to specimens, RFID enables end-to-end tracking and management. It automatically records inbound, outbound, and usage data, ensuring medicines do not expire and allowing quick traceability to the source in case of supply chain issues—thereby ensuring medical quality.

Streamlined processes, improved efficiency:
RFID technology can automate many manual tasks such as patient check-in, medical record retrieval, and nursing documentation. This reduces tedious paperwork for healthcare staff, giving them more time to focus on patient care while improving overall workflow efficiency.

Improved inventory management:
With RFID systems, hospitals can monitor stock levels in real time and receive automatic replenishment reminders for medical supplies and drugs. This helps avoid service disruptions due to stock shortages while also reducing waste from overstocking, lowering operational costs.
